The appointment went well, the doctor saw me even earlier than the appointed time. Everything was professional and quick, the examination and procedures were comfortable, everything was explained to me. The prescribed medications are being used, and the injured eye is returning to normal.

I came for the appointment with an inflamed eye, with conjunctivitis.

The doctor, in my opinion, is incompetent: he examined me with dirty hands, without gloves, right after touching the keyboard, he did not react in any way to my indignation, ignored it. Moreover, he deceived me — he invented a diagnosis, as if there was a foreign body in my eye, and wanted to remove it immediately, without my consent, without explanations of what and where, he justified and showed nothing. All for the sake of money, so that I would pay extra for a separate procedure. I refused at once. To my arguments that I had initially come with an inflamed eye with conjunctivitis — zero reaction, no adequate answer or explanation. I turned to the administration, to the chief doctor or the branch director, to resolve the issue. The same insolent woman assured me that the appointment had been carried out properly. And she refused to refund the payment for the appointment, and offered no apology.

We booked an appointment, came from the other end of the city, and at the clinic I was told that they only see patients from 5 years old. I wanted to talk to the doctor, maybe he would have seen us after all, but he was not there, and after 15 minutes I left.

The information states that they see patients from 0 months, but on site they say from 5 years. The doctor was not there, I could not talk to him, and I left with nothing, having wasted time travelling across the whole city.
