Today I needed to see a neurologist, and for that I had to go through a therapist and the reception desk. I had my tests done on 10 June 2024. The doctor could not find some of the vitamin D tests, and at the laboratory they told me there had been no referral, and it could not be found. The ophthalmologist referred me to the children's eye institute "Lyusi", but there an appointment is only possible in 5-6 weeks. The children's ENT is currently on holiday.

It is unclear why an electronic appointment system exists if you still have to go through a therapist and the reception desk. The doctor did not find some of the tests, at the laboratory they could not find the referral. An appointment at the children's eye institute "Lyusi" is only in 5-6 weeks, and the children's ENT is on holiday. It turns out that a patient has to run around the clinic for a whole hour just to get a referral to a doctor, and on top of that you encounter poor-quality service. What is the point of this polyclinic then?
