We booked through the app for a massage of the neck and collar area, but waited 1.5 hours for the doctor. In the end, we were told that only consultations are done here, and we never received the massage.
Disliked
The staff behaved incorrectly: they were rude to the child, gave no clear explanations, and overall left an extremely unpleasant impression. Because of this, we lost almost 2 hours of time and encountered rude treatment.

I like everything, every day I notice that my leg moves better and better, and I have gained the strength to walk without support. The doctor is very kind, competent, a true professional. I would recommend her to everyone who needs rehabilitation after injuries or fractures.

I underwent surgery on the deep flexor of the arm, after which I had rehabilitation at the Alnur Med clinic — the course lasted 10 days.

I felt a good result. I want to thank all the staff for their quality work, professionalism and friendly atmosphere. I believe this clinic is one of the best in the city. I really liked the massage, exercise therapy and physiotherapy. I especially thank Urumkhan Kametovna for her warm attitude and competent approach. My daughter Aizere was born with a birth injury — her right arm did not work. From birth we were seen by paediatricians and doctors, and went through several courses of treatment in Taraz and Almaty. In 2016 we turned to a wonderful doctor in Syzganov, who operated on us. After the operation the same doctor recommended the rehabilitation centre "Alnur Med". Since last year we have been receiving our 4th (5th) course of treatment there.

I am very satisfied. My daughter's right arm has gradually started to work: we can already hold something with both hands, get dressed, hold things. The arm has started to function, and I think that soon it will be quite normal. I want to express great gratitude to Urumkhan Kametovna and all the staff of the medical centre "Alnur Med". We want to continue treatment here until full recovery. I wish all the staff good health, success and prosperity to your team.

I had treatment at the Alnur-Med centre, and after the injury my arm works again. I saw how other patients come in with injuries and recover after just a few sessions and procedures.
