I had an appointment with a rheumatologist. I came to the Orkhun clinic, at the reception I was told that I would be called, and I already knew how everything works here, so I sat down to wait in the waiting room.

I had to wait 10 minutes after the appointed time. The doctor apparently was not told that I was already here, and only when she herself came out and asked who was there for the rheumatologist was I finally seen. Please fix this.
