I booked my mum for an appointment, and when booking it was stated that the appointment cost 4000. When my mum had already gone in for the appointment, I was told at the till that the appointment cost 6000, and the examination was separate. In the end I paid 9000. Before that I had called twice to book, and not once was I warned about the price. In the price list they only marked with a pen that it was 6000. After payment I was given neither a receipt nor anything that would confirm the payment.

A very unpleasant situation. I was not warned about the real cost, even though I had called twice. The price was only mentioned at the till, when my mum was already at the appointment, and the examination turned out to be separate. In the price list the amount was corrected with a pen. After payment they did not issue either a receipt or any other confirmation. And what would have happened if I had brought only 4000? Awful.
