I chose this doctor after reading a review about her and came for an appointment. She barely listened to me, did not look into my condition, and did not even really look at my test results.

I was disappointed: my expectations did not match reality. The doctor did not look into my condition at all and did not really look at my test results. Apparently because I was covered up, she somehow decided that I had no money, and the only thing she cared about was whether I had enough money for Ferlatum. And she only prescribed it because I said I had been taking it for a long time. I heard nothing new. I am simply disappointed.

I had an appointment on 11 May, my iron level was very low — 5. Dzhamilya Erzhanovna prescribed me a three-month course of iron treatment. But less than a month passed and it had already helped me.

For 4 years my hair was falling out badly and I constantly wanted to sleep. After a month of treatment my hair stopped falling out altogether — literally 5 strands a day, whereas before it was 180. If I had known that everything was so simple, I would have gone to a haematologist long ago. I am happy with the appointment and will keep going to this doctor from now on.
