I really liked this psychologist, she is truly a specialist in her field. She listened to me and explained everything from start to finish. A pleasant bonus was that she was the first woman who did not judge me for my style, and even gave me a compliment. I am undergoing therapy with Dinara, already 7-8 sessions using the trauma constellation method.

Dinara is an excellent psychologist, she knows and understands her work, tactful and warm-hearted. I can already feel the results: it has become easy, I have learnt to observe my states as an observer, to set personal boundaries without harming anyone, I have become less aggressive, I have stopped looking at the world with angry eyes. I gain quality knowledge through this method, bit by bit I pull the traumas out of myself, not immediately and not in a single session, but I have already worked through many of them. I will continue going for as long as I feel the need. I recommend this psychologist, I have tested her 16 years of experience on my own example, no fluff and no illusions — if you understand how the method works, the results will not be long in coming. 👍👍👍
