Patient story
I finally found a person who helped me work through all the triggers and behaviour patterns that were preventing me from living. A great deal of this had accumulated, it all stretched back to childhood and created strong tension. I myself didn't notice it and would hardly ever have been able to see it. And the main thing is that it all went simply and easily, not in when, but mainly.

Now I am in wellbeing, calm and confidence. Nothing can throw me off balance. Everything changed magically. This is 100% dedication and 100% result, which I couldn't even have imagined. I thank you and recommend.

Patient story
I sought help in a state of depression; I was tormented by emotional pain that did not fit inside and manifested as back pain. I want to say thank you to Rinata — a very pleasant young woman and an excellent specialist; she helped me sort out many issues. I liked the setting: quiet, cosy, the psychologist listens attentively without interrupting, makes notes, which at the end of therapy we read through together and rejoice at the result. In 1,2 sessions it is impossible to work through everything that has accumulated over years, decades. I very much want to consolidate the state in which I finished therapy, so whenever possible I will come once a month, in two months. I realised that my psycho-emotional state and health come first, and only then work, money, feelings. Rinata, thank you 🌷🌷🌷

A very pleasant young woman, an excellent specialist, she helped with many issues. I liked the setting — quiet, cosy, how attentively the psychologist listens without interrupting, making notes that at the end of the therapy we read through together and enjoy the result.

I underwent therapy with Rinata Adkhamovna, and she did a lot of work.
Liked
Thanks to her, I began to work deeply on myself, coped with panic attacks and anxiety. In a short time I feel like a completely different person — I began to treat myself with care and not put life off until later. I am very grateful to her for everything.

At the first appointment the doctor diagnosed me, it was sort of an introductory session. He determined what I need to work on and told me how everything would go: payment is for 10 sessions, you need to have sessions twice a week, as a whole course. For now I'm thinking it over.

Patient story
I decided to try a new psychotherapist for the first time and ended up with an appointment with Renata. The session lasted an hour, and I paid 30 thousand.
Disliked
This is rubbish and the worst therapy in all my years of experience. For the first time I couldn't hold back and wrote a review. I regret both the 30 thousand and especially the hour of my time. Working with Renata seemed to me like superficially putting labels on with a serious face already in the first session, a pseudoscientific NLP approach and supposedly working with the subconscious. If you have never been in therapy and are thinking of seeking help for the first time — don't go here. I apologise for the punctuation, I'm writing from a laptop, I still haven't got the hang of the keyboard.

Rinata is a wonderful person: she doesn't only consult as a doctor, but also worries along with me and looks for a way out of the situation. After a session I come out a completely different person, filled with energy and a desire to live!
