Recently I had an appointment with Malika Sumanovna. I was booked for 8 in the morning, but I came at 8.40. This happened twice.
Disliked
The doctor didn't even apologise for being late. She prescribed a lot of medications, I bought all of them for 50 thousand, but nothing helped. She doesn't really explain anything. After me, my acquaintances also went — everyone has the same diagnosis, the same medications. I wouldn't recommend her.

I myself went to Malika Sumanovna for an appointment, and when my mother was found to have gallstones, I brought my mother to her. She has been treating my mother for the second year already.
Liked
Malika Sumanovna is a knowledgeable, sensitive and very attentive doctor. Thank God, my mother's stones have almost dissolved. Many thanks to her for her professionalism and patience.

The appointment with this doctor ended with my whole stomach being ruined, and now I am being treated by another doctor.
Disliked
The communication is awful: she just types and silently hands over a template sheet, no politeness at all, she communicates dismissively. The main thing for her is the receipt, whether it's been paid or not.

In the summer my girlfriend had an appointment with the doctor and underwent an FGDS of the abdominal cavity. The doctor Usmanova Malika wrote out a prescription for 10 packs of medicines and referred her for a blood test, and the results had to be sent via WhatsApp.
Disliked
The doctor Usmanova Malika treated her work without any interest whatsoever. The consultation was unclear, no follow-up appointment was scheduled. There was never any reply to the WhatsApp message with the blood test results.

My close ones, my whole family, and many acquaintances have long been patients of Malika Sumanovna. I myself always brought my relatives to appointments, and then it hit me. I came on an empty stomach, and the doctor examined me right away — it turned out to be an ulcer. Immediately after the prescription, I went down to the 5th floor and had the procedures, and in the inpatient department they took me for a drip, even though the working day was already ending. After about half an hour the pain subsided.

A doctor from God: she explains everything in detail, without unnecessary coddling, from the first time she told everything knowledgeably and clearly. In the inpatient department the girls are great — they took me for a drip despite the fact that their working day was coming to an end. I can only speak positively about this centre.
