We booked an appointment with the doctor, arrived at the appointed time, but it turned out that the appointment runs on a walk-in queue basis, and there were 6 people ahead of us. I asked the receptionist to change the doctor, because the child had a temperature. The receptionist helped, for which I am hugely grateful to her. The doctor saw us, examined the child and made a prescription.
