Hello everyone! I want to thank the wonderful doctor and sensitive person Mira Zhamievna for her help, professionalism and understanding. I myself live in New Zealand, but when I come to Almaty, I always turn to Mirash Zamievna again.

My brother suffered two strokes, and after that he could not get to his feet. We turned to Mira Zhamievna, and thanks to her prescriptions my brother got back on his feet.

I did not like the appointment with the doctor.
Disliked
The doctor did not explain anything properly to me, she prescribed medications — why, for what, and whether they are compatible with the others that I already take — she did not say. To my counter-questions she replied that I should not bother her, she has so little time as it is. And in her conclusion she said that I should not come to her for a follow-up appointment. Can you imagine such a thing? A doctor prescribes medicines and refuses to see you after the course of treatment?

I came for an appointment with the doctor, showed her the CT and MRI scans. She could not explain anything clearly about them, kept running off somewhere to consult, but even there they did not help her, although my case is simple. In the end she wrote out a new referral for an MRI specifically at her medical centre. When I started asking questions, she literally pushed me out the door.
Disliked
This is the most terrible doctor I have ever met. She does not understand scans at all, she told me nothing clear about either the CT or the MRI. During those 5-10 minutes of the appointment she only praised the MRI machine that they have in their medical centre. So it turns out I paid for the appointment just to listen to advertising about their MRI and get a referral there. Doctors in district polyclinics are more competent than this woman. Time and money down the drain.
