I had an ultrasound in Almaty on a very good machine, and when I later had an examination in Korea, the diagnosis matched completely.
Liked
A lot depends on the specialist — I realised this from my own experience. The diagnosis made in Almaty was confirmed in Korea exactly.
Disliked
The Koreans, however, did laugh that such ultrasound machines have not been used there for 15 years.
