The doctor examined him through his tights and did not properly assess the condition of his legs: neither the skin temperature, nor the swelling, nor the point of pain, nor the condition of the heel, even though the child's right heel was exactly what was hurting. Nevertheless, he drew a conclusion and made a diagnosis — reactive arthritis of the joints of both legs.
