The appointment was a waste of time. I paid 7,000 tenge just to be sent for an X-ray and tests, and tomorrow I have to come again for a paid appointment with the results. I have sinusitis, my condition is terrible, I thought at least first aid would be given to me — a sinus lavage would be done, something would be prescribed at least until tomorrow.
Disliked
The doctor pestered me with questions: "do you not have Covid? Did you take a PCR test? And why didn't you take one? What if it's Covid? I need a clean PCR." It felt as if she was squeamish about examining me, covering herself because of Covid and looking at me from a distance. Zero professionalism. Rude and arrogant.
