Karbayev Amangeldy Seiteshevich is a specialist with 45 years of experience, practising since 1981. He graduated from the Faculty of Correctional Psychology and Pedagogy of Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University in Saint Petersburg. Since 1990 he worked in Bavaria and completed an internship at rehabilitation centres in the Federal Republic of Germany. Since 1998 he has been a volunteer in Toronto, at the Betel Centre for work with the elderly; in 1999–2003 he provided personal support to patients at the Circle of Care Centre. Since 2018 he has been conducting appointments at the Almaty City Centre for Palliative Care.
