We went to the International Clinical Centre for Reproductology “PERSONA”, where we were treated by the reproductive specialist Valiyev Ravil Kamilevich and the gynaecologist Karibayeva Karlygash Duzelbayevna. After many years of waiting, examinations, hopes and prayers, our long-awaited son Yurochka was born, and for three years now we have been feeling this great family happiness.

My name is Gulnara, yesterday I had my fourth caesarean section at the Miami clinic, but throughout my pregnancy I was cared for by Karlygash Dyuzelbayevna. In Kazakhstan, several clinics refused to monitor me because they were afraid of the risks and complications due to the fourth caesarean section.

I want to thank Karlygash Dyuzelbayevna, Gulnaz and all the staff of the clinic for their professionalism, sensitivity and kindness. Karlygash Dyuzelbayevna is a professional with a capital P. Although this was already my fourth pregnancy, many things I learned from her for the first time. Such a complete, extensive and high-quality set of services as at Persona, I have not received at any clinic in Kazakhstan or Miami.

We were monitored at the Persona clinic, they managed our long-awaited pregnancy, and on 2 August our long-awaited baby was born.

We are very glad that we chose this particular clinic. The staff are polite, they always call and remind about the appointment, there are no queues, cleanliness and order are ideal. I would especially like to thank my doctor Karlygash Duzelbayevna — the most attentive, patient, a professional in her field. Thanks to her light hand our dream came true, which we had waited 5 years for. She was with me 24/7, I could turn to her at any time with a question or my worries, thank you for the psychological support. I remember how with trembling hands we did the test in her office. We will definitely come back and hope to repeat this wonderful experience.

I had my second pregnancy in 3 years, and both were managed by Karibayeva Karlygash Duzelbayevna. On 20.12.2019 our daughter was born. I also went to the Persona clinic, where 3 years ago Valiyev Ravil Kamilyevich helped us — before that we had been going to doctors for 12 years and had already lost hope.
