I came for the appointment, and the doctor was sitting on her phone. I went to have my eye examined, she didn't even wash or disinfect her hands. She gave the diagnosis that we had told her, changed only 1 medication, added nothing and didn't even examine properly.

I decided to use this app for the first time and was pleased. At the appointment with the ophthalmologist, the doctor examined me straight away, made a diagnosis and prescribed treatment. A month after the appointment, my eye is recovering, the treatment helped.

My name is Gauhar. I went to the ophthalmologist Balzhan Rasylkhankyzy because of worsening eyesight, and also for a routine check-up. The appointment went extremely well: the doctor carried out a comprehensive diagnostic examination on modern equipment and explained the results of the examination to me in detail and in an accessible way.
