I wrote to Lola Anvarovna to find out when I could book an appointment, and she scheduled me for 10 a.m. I arrived at 9:55, and at 10 I texted her that I was already outside the office. Five minutes later she replied that I should join the queue for the ultrasound, because she was on her way. It was a first appointment. Another 5, 10 minutes passed, at 10:15 I called her, she was stuck in traffic and told me not to worry, that she would see me before 11. The doctor arrived at 10:22 and said that an appointment was only 15 minutes, but I was lucky because the next person was at 11. Then she stepped out and said that I should take life more lightly, and that this way life would be easier for me, Verochka.

I don't understand how anyone can treat patients and conduct appointments like that. At the initial appointment I was sent to queue for an ultrasound, even though the doctor didn't even ask about the day of my cycle — all she cared about was that I was doing something while she was on her way, and that I paid the money. I have never in my life seen such rude and brazen attitude. This is the worst service imaginable. I would not recommend such an incompetent doctor.

There was no benefit whatsoever from the consultation. On 2gis there are 150 dissatisfied reviews about this clinic and its specialists. Someone correctly wrote that this is a "business centre", not help and treatment. I do not recommend it.
