I went to the Centre of Gynaecology and Proctology to see Kataeva Raushan Kairatovna. The appointment started on time, there were no delays.
The doctor worked efficiently and professionally, and answered all my questions in detail. I was especially pleased by the follow-up: she gave me her phone number and said I could get in touch if needed. Overall, I was very satisfied with the consultation and the attentive attitude.
I went for a consultation and paid 8000. The doctor didn't tell me everything, wrote that it was inflammation of the ovaries, but prescribed nothing except suppositories. She didn't tell me to come back for further tests. She said there was no risk of fibroids, but that there was uterine prolapse. And my complaints were about constant pain on the left side, I said the pain had been going on for 3 months. She says it's a cyst, but the ultrasound didn't mention anything about it, neither its size nor which side it was on. She said there were adhesions of the ovary and uterus. After hearing cyst and adhesions, I forgot about my original condition.
Instead of focusing only on the main complaint, the doctor confused me by talking about other things. Now I'll have to go back to the doctor for another examination, which is an extra expense. I didn't come from nearby.

I did not like that the wait was too long. I also did not like that when I asked how much the cauterisation of erosion would cost, first they said 30000, and then they said 100000. Because of this it is hard for me to rate this doctor.

The gynaecologist showed neither politeness nor a proper professional approach. The service leaves much to be desired. The prices in the system do not match those quoted at the appointment. It seems the clinic thinks not about the quality of service and care for patients, but only about profit. I am very disappointed with the visit and do not recommend this clinic to those for whom honesty, respectful attitude and good medical service matter.
