Only two things upset me: I had to wait 60 minutes for the doctor, and I was simply told that she was running late, and that was it. And she also sees patients at a different address, not at Kenguru.

It was awful: I got really nervous because the children were already crying in the car. Why have a booking then? I decided that I would not visit this clinic again and would rather find another one. It is unclear who keeps the queue in order and who controls the appointments.

I was operated on by Doctor Raushan, and her team encountered a patient with neurodivergent traits for the first time. The appointment involved very attentive care before and after the operation: they prepared very well for my psycho-emotional and physical state. Everything was done professionally and quickly. Recovery, given the specific traits, took a long time, but it passed without complications.
