I booked an appointment with an ultrasound specialist through Dok.kz. I arrived at the Kangaroo clinic, but the doctor sees patients in another place, so I had to take a taxi there.
Disliked
The address on Dok.kz is incorrect. The doctor did not inspire confidence: she did not see the endometriosis, and she only wrote it in the conclusion after I mentioned it myself.

I booked an appointment for 11:30, but the clinic has a walk-in queue, and 2 other people were booked along with me. They started sorting things out, the administrator did not intervene and did not warn that there is a walk-in queue here. When I asked, I was told that appointments are not accepted, they have a walk-in queue. I went in for the appointment 45 minutes later. I showed the doctor a smear, she decided to do an examination and inserted the speculum so carelessly that afterwards I was bleeding and in pain.

The doctor herself is friendly, she may be a good specialist.

Because of the walk-in queue there was a mess, the administrator did not intervene and did not warn about it. I think the clinic's management needs to resolve this issue. The examination was very rough: afterwards I was bleeding and in pain, although before that I had seen 4-5 gynaecologists and nowhere was it so rough. I will not come back here.
