The website stated that this was a children's doctor, a paediatrician. I wrote to the clinic in advance, checked which of the paediatricians was seeing patients, chose a doctor by qualifications and reviews, and came with a sick child.
Disliked
The doctor refused the appointment, said I had come to the wrong place, that he was not a paediatrician at all, and sent me to the neighbouring office, adding that he had made arrangements.

I came for an appointment with the endocrinologist Kenzhebayev; I had ultrasound scans and thyroid tests with me. He was supposed to prescribe treatment, but he referred me for an ultrasound again.
Disliked
I did not want to have the ultrasound again, because it is radiation exposure, and I am not obliged to have it. I do not understand why the doctor does this — surely not to boost the cash intake? Why are you doing this?
