The appointment took place with the doctor Kenzhaev Ulugbek: there was no proper examination, I was immediately sent for a test, assuring me that it could be taken at any time. Later it turned out that it had to be taken on an empty stomach, but no one warned me about this. One diagnosis was made — neuralgia, but the treatment was prescribed for something completely different — chronic tonsillitis. I also had a CT scan for 13,500 tenge, but the doctor never even looked at the image.

I do not recommend the clinic: complete unprofessionalism and deception. The doctor did not even examine me properly, immediately prescribed a test, assuring me that it could be taken right away, but it turned out it had to be on an empty stomach, and no one warned me about this, the money was simply thrown away. One diagnosis, but the treatment was prescribed for something else — how is that even to be understood? A separate shock — a CT scan for 13,500 tenge, and the doctor did not even bother to look at the image. Is this some kind of marketing? Just money extraction? A terrible attitude towards patients, I do not recommend it to anyone!
