This time we decided to try paying for the appointment through this app; the doctor looked at the receipt, his face changed, he examined me dryly and sent us away without a prescription and without a note. The appointment lasted 5-6 minutes: we flew in and flew out like a cork!

It felt as if we had come in for free! Why can't we get a proper service in full via Dok.kz? Such a money-driven attitude towards patients is unacceptable! If you want it done properly — pay the full amount, that's the whole secret! That's why only 4 stars — for such an attitude.

I took my two children for a check-up, the older one is 11 years old, the younger one is 8 months old. My daughter came with an earache, my son's nose gets blocked at night. The doctor prescribed the same dose for both, even though the children are of different ages. I barely managed to get their medicines at the pharmacy, because the small dose was prescribed for the older one, and the large dose for the younger one.
The doctor examined poorly. She barely answered the very question about what causes such a diagnosis, and just sat with the patient. I could not get answers to any of my questions. The doctor was too lazy to talk. She was indifferent to both of my children. Maybe she did not like that we came through this website with a discount, I thought. She does have that attitude, why did she advertise herself. The 16 years of experience is a lie, 0 experience. Do not go.
