The service at the clinic is terrible: you book a time, but you still don't get seen, you sit in the walk-in queue like on a collective farm. Don't waste your time. The clinic's management ought to respond to this.

I came for the appointment, the doctor diagnosed sinusitis, and after the X-ray it was confirmed. At that same moment I had a nasal lavage done using the 'cuckoo' method. The doctor prescribed treatment without antibiotics and asked me to attend nasal lavage for another 3 days along with the treatment. But the lavage at the clinic cost 2800 tg, and I was a bit stingy, I didn't go. Then I saw her at another branch of the clinic, and I felt awkward that I hadn't gone for the lavage. Afterwards I continued treatment at a state polyclinic, taking antibiotics and having a lavage done.

The doctor is qualified, calm, and knows her stuff. The diagnosis of sinusitis was confirmed after an X-ray, and the sinus rinse was done straight away. I advise everyone to do what the doctor says🙂

Because the sinus rinse cost 2,800 tenge, I was a bit stingy and stopped going, and this later meant the treatment gave no result.

I got an appointment with this doctor for the first time, I arrived at 23:00, although she only works until 24:00. My ear hurt badly. The queue was long, but despite the fact that her working hours were ending, she saw me, examined me at 23:54, sent me for an X-ray, waited for me (30 minutes) and gave me a prescription.
