I came for an appointment with Kuralai Zhumashevna, she treated me for acute sinusitis. Even when I came without an appointment, I stood in the queue for quite a short time — 10 minutes at most. All the procedures went quickly and without pain.

I really liked the approach to treatment: all the prescribed medicines helped, the acute sinusitis was treated within a few days, now I am only finishing treatment for the residual runny nose. The queue is small, the procedures were done quickly and painlessly. Thank you for your work!

We took our child to this ENT doctor. His nose was blocked and full, and they said there were adenoids. The doctor examined the child and said to have tests done. We asked them to show the size of the adenoids with the camera, and they said the nose was full and nothing could be seen. When we asked them to clean the nose and take a look, my husband got angry, and only after that did they clean the nose and look with the camera.

I brought my little one for an appointment to check her ears. The doctor examined her and said there was a small plug, and that was it.

I do not recommend this doctor. Without my consent and without warning about additional services, she started rinsing the ears, and on top of that she inappropriately brought up that the nose also needed rinsing, and I agreed for no good reason. After that rinsing, the child had a runny nose for two weeks, and we had come because of a runny nose. And for this unnecessary rinsing they charged us about 10 thousand. You are better off going to lorpraktik: you will pay the same money, but there both the service and the doctors are decent. We did not go there because the appointments were fully booked, and I thought I would save money — that is how it turned out.

At the first appointment Kuralay said that a minor operation was needed, because pus had accumulated behind the eardrum. The operation went successfully, and following her instructions we came for an appointment 3 days later — she said that everything was healing and that the treatment needed to be completed according to her regimen.
