I brought my younger sister for wisdom tooth removal. In various clinics in Almaty they frightened us, said that some kind of hole might remain and then the nose would have to be treated, but I do not understand this. The tooth was removed by a doctor named Aset, we did not remember the surname.

Many people think it is some kind of quest from the plot of the film Saw, but nothing of the sort. Aset is a master and an expert in his craft. When I asked him what he would pull the tooth out with, he replied that he had already pulled it out with an instrument resembling a screwdriver. Really cool, I did not even notice. We came to an appointment with the surgeon Kikibaev Aset Aytkalievich with an allergic child who had been frightened by another doctor: if the tooth was not removed, the gum would have to be cut. We went with great fear. Aset quickly found an approach to the child, answered all my questions in detail and clearly, and removed the tooth so that the child did not even notice — without anaesthesia, given the allergy.
