I had an appointment with Galiya Abenovna, I had a puncture without anaesthesia. Before that I had gone to two doctors at another clinic. At Ekomed clinic I never sat in a queue for longer than 10 minutes, while at others — even 4 hours.

I really liked Galiya Abenovna: she is competent and calm, for me that is important. She did the puncture without anaesthesia perfectly, carefully, and supported me. In the operating theatre all the specialists are excellent — attentive, nice and they keep the necessary distance. At reception they remember you almost from the first visit, that is a big plus. The doctor does not exaggerate the chances, but also does not refuse to believe when others give up — that is very pleasant. I highly recommend this doctor.

At another clinic, with two doctors, it was hard for me: one constantly shouted, the other was too involved. During IVF, when things are already not all right and there are failures, it was harder for me to cope with a doctor who was too optimistic.

I have two IVF cycles with Galiya Abenovna behind me, and both were successful. The second IVF was a cryo protocol, the embryos were more than 10 years old, and both embryos implanted.
