On 6 May I came for an appointment, and I had an FGDS. From the moment I entered the room until I left, the doctor explained everything in detail, including what I needed to do during the procedure to make it easier. He recorded everything from the endoscope on video, and then turned on the recording and, with detailed commentary, showed where and what problems there were, and gave me the video recording on a flash drive. During the procedure the doctor commented aloud on his every action to distract me.

Every time I go for an FGDS it feels like torture, because the procedure itself is not exactly a pleasure. But this time everything went much more easily: Dr Kontorshchikov reduced all the unpleasant sensations to a minimum.

The doctor turned out to be a wonderful specialist — very knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything to me and warned me in advance that it might be unpleasant, and for me that is very important. I am delighted and will recommend him to my acquaintances and loved ones.
