I was treated in the therapeutic department from 31.10 to 07.11.2020, my attending physician was Konyrbayeva Aigul Kurmangaliyevna.

I would like to sincerely thank the medical and support staff of the therapeutic department and personally my attending physician Konyrbayeva Aigul Kurmangaliyevna. The nurses and the doctor proved to be true professionals, they worked conscientiously and responsibly. All procedures were carried out according to schedule. The nurses are very attentive and cheerful, with them comes joy and hope for a speedy recovery. Throughout the entire treatment, only positivity came from all the staff. The buffet and canteen workers are diligent and conscientious, they always wanted to please us. The department was always clean and tidy — this is the merit of the housekeeping sister and the ward orderlies. I would like to thank the kitchen staff separately: the food was tasty, varied, dietary, and the portions were quite large.

If anyone complains about the catering staff and the food, it's simply that our citizens have got too demanding and started fussing over trifles.
