We came with a kidney problem after a stroke. My father's right side was paralysed, he had no speech, and there was also stress — against that background his condition got worse. We were seen almost at the appointed time; before us there was a patient with a slightly complicated situation, so we did not wait long. At the reception we were greeted well, they immediately told us which room to go to and how long to wait, the staff are very friendly. The doctor also received us well, asked for all the documents we had, at the same time asked questions and talked to my father. The tests revealed an inflammatory process. Treatment was immediately prescribed for 10 days. On the same day, in the same clinic, we received the first treatment. After the treatment was completed, the tests are good, the kidneys returned to normal, the inflammation was cleared. Now we are ready for rehabilitation.

The doctor received us well, talked with my father, prescribed treatment immediately, and on the same day we received the first procedure. After the treatment the tests are good, the kidneys are normal, the inflammation has been relieved. We recommend this doctor. Thank you.

The only inconvenience was the long staircase up: it is hard for my father to move along it, especially to go down, because the handrail is only on one side, and when going down it turned out to be on the side that my father was paralysed on.

I did not ask questions about nutrition and how to act correctly myself, and I did not receive information about this from the doctor either. It would be better if more attention were paid to patients' questions.

The appointment with this doctor left me with an unpleasant impression. I consulted regarding my grandmother, who is 80 years old and who has had a stroke.
Disliked
The doctor persistently pushed additional services of her clinic — ozone therapy, drips. I did not like such an approach. She prescribes fairly expensive medicines. In the case of my grandmother, after a stroke at 80, she prescribed heavy drugs without taking into account tests, a CT scan and so on. In general, I do not recommend.

I am very grateful to Alima Bekmagambetovna. I booked my younger sister for an appointment. My younger sister lives in a village in Zhangakorgan, so I went instead of her. I brought all her tests. We spoke with my younger sister online. In Kyzylorda she had been diagnosed with renal hypertension, and they even said it could reach the point of dialysis. The doctor prescribed excellent treatment. She received full treatment, received oxygen, an IV drip, Bady. Now her blood pressure is normal — 120/80. Before, for several years it had been 180/100, 220/110. A thousand and one thanks to Allah that I met this person. My younger sister went to the village today. Now in August she will come for a follow-up appointment.
