I came for an appointment because of pain in the joints of my right leg, I did not sleep at night and could not lie down. The doctor asked me all the necessary questions, felt the spine area, and immediately prescribed treatment and tests to rule out infection.

It is convenient that the medical centre has all the medicines — you don't have to run anywhere with prescriptions, they even gave me the tablets. The pain gradually subsided, and by the evening I felt as if nothing had ever happened. Thank you for the prompt treatment, the test results are good, there is no infection. She told me not to catch a cold and not to lift anything heavy.

I did not like that it is not known in advance how much you will end up having to pay: I only knew the cost of the appointment, but the bill came out quite large, they did not give a receipt, and how much the other services cost is unclear. I also did not like the couches — very narrow: while I was on 5 IV drips, my arms and back went numb.

The doctor prescribed antibiotics and said they needed to be bought from them, because supposedly they were not available at the pharmacy, and the price was 3 times higher. We bought them anyway. They said the medicines would be enough for 7 days, but in fact they were only given for 3 days, and we had to buy more. Today is 7.02, we came again because the treatment did not help, but the doctor said nothing and they took money for the appointment again.

I do not recommend going to this medical centre. It gives the impression that the main thing for them is to make money, and whether you get better or not does not matter. When we came back to say that it had not helped, the doctor said nothing and they took money for the appointment again.
