I arrived at 9.20, I was told to wait in front of room 106. An hour later I went up to the reception desk, and they replied that the doctor was doing an ultrasound. At 11.00 I went to the reception desk again, this time shouting, and then they called the doctor and found out that he was seeing patients in room 205. Now I am waiting in room 205. At 12.30 the call centre phoned, I asked for help, and it turned out that the doctor was seeing patients in room 208.

A nightmare, waiting for 3 hours. What kind of attitude towards patients is this??? I am beside myself… my blood pressure went up. I feel unwell. I would not advise anyone to go to this clinic. Terrible.

I booked an ultrasound for a specific time, but on site I still had to sit in the walk-in queue.
Disliked
I have been waiting for more than an hour, the queue is barely moving: of the two ultrasound rooms only one is working. Booking a time is pointless if you still sit in the walk-in queue. They could have at least warned us.
