Several people were booked for 14:00, so the doctor was in a hurry and spent only 5 minutes on each of them. I wanted to ask about the operation, but because of the rush I got flustered and forgot everything I had planned to ask. The doctor said that even if I got a quota for the operation, I would still have to give him 40,000 tg. After that I left.

The doctor was in a hurry because several patients were booked for 14:00, and he gave each of them only 5 minutes. When the doctor is in a hurry, you forget everything you wanted to ask and get flustered. I also did not like that even when you get a quota for an operation, you still have to give the doctor 40,000 tg.
