We booked an appointment in advance at Health city hospital, the appointment was confirmed, we arrived at the appointed time, but there was no appointment — the doctor was not there. It turned out that she had cancelled the appointments, but we were not warned about this in any way and were not informed about a rescheduling. A rescheduling was offered only after the fact, when we were already at the hospital, for the next day. And the person was feeling very unwell.
Disliked
The impression from the visit to Health city hospital is very unpleasant. A person spends their time, travels across the whole city for an appointment, and in the end is left with nothing. I consider such an attitude towards patients unacceptable: if a doctor cannot see patients, this should be reported in advance and a rescheduling should be offered. We are very disappointed with the organisation of work and the attitude towards patients. I hope the management will pay attention to this.

The appointment went well, I was very satisfied. On the same day I had all the tests done and underwent the procedures that were prescribed for me, and now I am waiting for a follow-up appointment based on the examination results.

I want to say separately about the doctor's friendliness, her attentive and sensitive attitude towards me. Yelena Vladimirovna explained everything to me in detail and showed me on a model what condition the internal organs were in. She paid attention not only to her own speciality, but also noticed problems with the heart, and gently advised a consultation with a cardiologist and an ECG. That is exactly what happened: today I saw a cardiologist, and there they found irregularities and warning signs. A huge thank you to such a doctor as Yelena Vladimirovna for her professionalism and sensitive attitude towards every patient. For her, work is life, saving people. A deep bow to her. I wish there were more doctors like her.

I booked through the website to save time, but their booking does not work that way: first you need to call and go through a survey. Then the doctor gave me an informed consent form to sign. The examination itself took a minute, and filling in the data on the laptop took 55 minutes.

The doctor asked about my financial situation and was generally more interested in my life — how I live, what I do for work, what I do. This is terrible! The clinic did not respond to my complaints. Draw your own conclusions.
