I booked through DOQ.kz for a specific time with a specific doctor, but when I came to the appointment, no time was observed — there was a live queue of quite a large number of people.

It is very unpleasant that booking through this platform for a specific time means nothing: in reality there is no time, and the live queue is large. It is unclear why this service even offers booking and why a time is set. I take time off work, but I cannot get in at my time.
