The appointment was very strange: it lasted only 2 minutes, and during that time the doctor only wrote down my full name and date of birth, then took a swab and told me to have my urine and stool tested. I paid 11 thousand for an appointment that essentially never happened, and 3 thousand for the swab. When I tried to talk about my complaints, the doctor kept interrupting and asking for my details. After all the tests were done, she didn't invite me for an appointment, she communicates only on WhatsApp, says everything is fine according to the tests, and asks me to have more blood tests. I asked why she hadn't said so right away, but only 2 days later. She never gave a reason, I have to beg for everything. I suggested that maybe it was for sugar, maybe for bread, sweets. She herself doesn't know the cause of our complaints, even though we had all the tests she mentioned.

The doctor is very strange, we didn't like it at all, it feels as if she has no work experience whatsoever. She didn't ask me anything, she interrupted me when I wanted to describe my complaints. She doesn't invite you for an appointment, she communicates only on WhatsApp. She never told us the cause, you have to beg her for everything. She herself doesn't know the cause of our complaints. In general, I wouldn't advise anyone to go to her for an appointment, it's just money down the drain. Incompetent doctor!

I came to the appointment, immediately said that I would not be examined in the chair, but the examination in the chair was still done only after I insisted. The doctor said that it would give nothing and that I needed to have tests done at another branch. The ultrasound is also done at another branch, I said that I would do it another time, and for now I would go about my business. When I was paying for the appointment at the cash desk, the doctor came up again and asked why I had not gone for the ultrasound.

The examination in the chair was carried out only after I insisted, although I said straight away that I would not be examined in the chair — strange, because there was a hint that it would achieve nothing and that tests needed to be done at another branch. The doctor kept asking the same questions, as if she had forgotten the answer. On the desk lay another patient's test results; my test results were given to me, after which the doctor became confused, picked up another patient's test results and began consulting me based on them. It seems the doctor is elderly and gets confused and forgetful.

I went to the first appointment on the advice of a friend and because of the good reviews. The treatment that was prescribed did not particularly help me, but I understand that this happens. I came the second time, and just at that moment the doctor apparently began a difficult period: the reviews became negative, and I myself noticed that not everything was smooth — delays in responding to messages. The second appointment and the new prescribed treatment again did not help, then the information had to be dragged out of the doctor via WhatsApp. In the end I went to another doctor.

She herself is a very pleasant and kind woman, she calls you affectionately. For those who are nervous at an appointment with a gynaecologist, this is very important. The treatment helped my friend.

The treatment did not help me, neither the first nor the second time. There were delays in responding to messages, the information had to be dragged out via WhatsApp. In the end I went to another doctor.

I came to the appointment with a problem, separately paid for an ultrasound and a smear. The doctor sat in silence and said that after the smear she would prescribe treatment, after which both she and the clinic disappeared.
Disliked
They do not answer calls or SMS, no tests, no treatment. I paid the money for nothing, came with pain, wasted time and in the end got nothing. Such doctors and such a clinic should be complained about to the Ministry of Health.

I want to thank Bibigul Magzumovna for her professionalism. After I started following her recommendations, I managed to conceive within a month, which was hard to believe. I agree with many reviews that she does not prescribe unnecessary medications. I recommend that expectant mothers consult her. Thank you that such professionals still exist in our medicine.

I came for an appointment, the doctor first referred me for a pelvic ultrasound and a thyroid ultrasound. When I came back with the results, she immediately referred me on to an endocrinologist, saying it wasn't her area of expertise. Although according to the pelvic ultrasound conclusion everything was bad.

As a doctor — zero. How can such doctors be of the highest category? It's clear the category was bought. She doesn't know how to treat. She also calls herself a paediatric gynaecologist of the highest category. The clinic itself is terrible, and the reception doesn't know how to serve. I really don't recommend this doctor. Unfortunately, there are many such doctors: they go everywhere doing side jobs, only for the money, and the Hippocratic oath is only nominal for them.

I came to this doctor twice, and both appointments lasted literally about 30 seconds. In that time she only managed to write me a referral for a hCG test, and at the second appointment — for an ultrasound. By the way, the ultrasound closes earlier than the doctor, so I had to book with her again. Payment is taken straight away, and only then do you go in to the doctor — like at a polyclinic. The second time I complained, but the administrator didn't refund the money. After that I went to Emir Med, where a competent specialist performed an examination, took a history, took tests — they exceeded expectations.

I don't recommend. Appointments last 30 seconds, in that time they only write out referrals for tests. The ultrasound closes earlier than the doctor, so you have to book again. A strange paid appointment: first you pay, then you go in. The second time I complained, but the administrator didn't refund the money. Where do so many good reviews come from? Honestly, don't be fooled!

I went to the doctor because of pain in my left breast. The breast was swollen, and a yellow fluid was discharging from it, with a consistency like condensed milk. I had had an ultrasound done in advance and came with the scan. I told her that I had stopped breastfeeding 8 months ago, and the doctor diagnosed non-lactational mastitis. She prescribed Azo 500, Mammagel and ichthammol ointment. Three days after starting these medications, the pain became worse. I couldn't sleep at night, I messaged her on the patient portal and asked for something effective. In reply she wrote: "I don't know what to prescribe for you." I asked for some antibiotics, she agreed and prescribed ceftriaxone for 7 days. After that I felt better. Seven days later I went to another mammologist, because the discharge hadn't stopped, and there they did an ultrasound. The milk ducts were clearer than before, but not completely, even though I expressed milk every evening. The other mammologist advised me to have prolactin tested, I had it done and started treatment. I had to see this doctor several times, and the second time her treatment helped.
