I have suffered with my hearing for many years: whichever polyclinic I ended up in, I was always prescribed lavage, drainage massage, ear insufflation, physiotherapy and the like, but I never noticed any improvement, and my hearing only got worse. Kravchenko Ekaterina Vladimirovna diagnosed me, explained in detail why the diagnosis was exactly that, and referred me to the best ENT surgeon in the city, Buldakov A.M.

I am very grateful to Ekaterina Vladimirovna for her professionalism. She didn't just prescribe procedures, she got to the bottom of the cause and justified everything. I sincerely wish her health, long and happy years of life, prosperity and the fulfilment of all her dreams and wishes. The road to recovery may be a difficult one, but now I have a diagnosis and hope that everything will be fine.
