Patient story
My son is attached to the hospital TOO "Open Medical Channel", and the last time we were at the paediatrician Kuandykova Almash Kuandysovna in October 2020 for a vaccination. Since then we have not contacted them and have not physically come there.
Disliked
I want to complain about the unprofessional work of this paediatrician. Yesterday I went to Damumed and saw that they had recorded us as having undergone a screening of doctors in February of this year, although we were not there. The worst thing is that on 16 February the child was allegedly taken away with suspected COVID-19, and it says "COVID-19 disease". In the app there are fake records of appointments with doctors, and on the same day several visits to the same doctor at once — an ophthalmologist, a surgeon, a neurologist. Under these records there are various referrals funded by OSMS. Because of such doctors, the statistics are formed accordingly, and the state budget is spent on who knows what.
