I am very unhappy with the work of the reception and with the fact that the information on the website does not correspond to reality. On the website the doctor is listed as a paediatric cardiologist, because of this I had to choose the 'ECG' service, and the promised discount was not given — they assured me that I had chosen the wrong thing, so there would be no discount. I got the impression that this is done deliberately: first they mislead you, and then they try to blame everything on the patient's stupidity. I am extremely unhappy with the inaccuracy of the information on the website and with the work of the receptionists.

I booked through this website, but at reception the girls were surprised that the doctor was a paediatric rheumatologist. I was told that this is a partner website, doq.kz, and that the doctor had been mistakenly listed there as a rheumatologist. In my presence they called the doctor, and she asked what the child's diagnosis was, even though we had booked precisely in order to find out the diagnosis — why the child was limping.
Disliked
That's how it turned out. I can see that all the doctors at the Emirmed medical centre are GPs or paediatricians, they are multi-specialty. It's just advertising, it's not worth booking with them. Look for specialists at other centres!
