I came for an appointment with Ramiz Aliyevich. He started with the feet — previously none of the osteopaths had adjusted them for me. He immediately identified the points of muscle spasms and relaxed them. After the first session the problem was resolved by 80%, even though I constantly work on my back. At the second session we finished it off completely.

I am grateful to the doctor. I was not prescribed anything unnecessary, only what was needed specifically in my situation. At home I noticed that I stand evenly on both feet. I liked everything! A bonus was an interesting conversation. The doctor warned that psycho-emotional blocks packed in the body may be released, and that one needs to strengthen the back every day with therapeutic exercise — that is 100%.

I consulted the manual therapist Kuliyev Ramiz Aliyevich at the skolioz.kz centre. I was troubled by heaviness in the upper part of my back, because of this my head seemed very heavy and was pulling downwards, my back ached.
