I did not like this doctor. She could not make a clear diagnosis, and accordingly could not prescribe treatment either. All my test results were right in front of her, and even though I described my symptoms in full, she just kept making guesses like "it might be this, it might be that". A doctor should not make guesses like that.

We arrived for the appointment on time, but waited 40 minutes. We were seen by a completely different female paediatrician, not the one we had booked with. The website stated a price of 5,600 tenge, but on arrival we were told the appointment cost 7,000 tenge. We paid. After the appointment we were told to come for a follow-up in 3 days, and the price would be 2,000 tenge. Three days later we could not come because my wife felt unwell and had also fallen ill. We wanted to come for the follow-up on the 5th day, but we were told the price would now be 5,000 tenge.
