I came for an appointment on 23.08.2023, initially at 10:20 I asked to be booked on a paid basis, but I did not know which doctor I would get. They said there was a big queue and booked me with Balzhan Amangazievna for 12:20. I entered the office already at 12.

The money was refunded, and quickly at that — as if it was not their first time.
Disliked
I encountered such a rude attitude as I had never met before. The doctor did not perform an examination, did not even look at the MRI, CT and ultrasound — she said she does not do that, but only reads the report. She immediately started complaining about why I had come to them, and said that I should go where I had my surgery, although there they told me to go to a rheumatologist (absurd). Throughout the appointment she spoke in a raised voice, it felt as if I was begging her for free to see me. It was impossible to talk to her, I got up and went to the chief doctor. The chief doctor called her, but she did not even bother to come to the office, but spoke on the phone. In the end we left. I doubt that she can prescribe truly good treatment, I do not recommend going to her.
