We came by prior appointment with a one-month-old baby, we wanted to have an ultrasound because in the morning we needed to see a neuropathologist with the ultrasound results. But we were refused, they said that up to 40 days we had to go to the maternity hospital. We came there not for free, we asked to explain why they were not admitting us, and they answered that they did not know, those were their rules. The doctor also could not explain, she said to show the receipt, I only admit with a receipt, and that was it.
