I booked an appointment and arrived at the appointed time, but the doctor did not see me, citing lunch. Then why put slots for that time? I was treated rudely from the doorstep and made to wait. After that I went to another ENT, and he turned out to be just as rude. He refused to look at my lungs, did not even listen, and said that I should go to a therapist with that, because he only looks at the nose, ear and throat. In the conclusion he wrote a lot of things he did not do: he did not measure the temperature, but it said 36.5; he did not look at the ear with the camera, but the description was still there. The second doctor's name is Isabekov.
