The appointment with the paediatrician Kurdaeva Irada Batalovna was not as usual — we spent there not 5, 10 or 15 minutes, as happens in other clinics, but much longer. There was also an ENT doctor at the appointment, whose name, unfortunately, I did not remember.

Paediatrician Kurdaeva Irada Batalovna is genuinely very knowledgeable. She is open, pleasant and kind, examines the child thoroughly, takes the history, and takes into account everything concerning the child's health. She explains all the details of the recommendations in detail and interprets the test results, which is important for mothers who do not understand why they are done. It is clear that she sincerely wants to help the child and does so wholeheartedly. I also really liked the ENT doctor: he does not spare the effort to explain everything in detail, carries out the procedures thoroughly, and knows how to find contact with children — he persuades them so well that the child agrees on their own. His professionalism made a great impression. I am very pleased, we are receiving treatment and I hope for a good result. Thank you, stay well.
