The appointment with the ophthalmologist went well: my vision was checked, they explained in detail what was happening with it and how it related to my concern, the doctor herself put in the drops to rule out an allergy, and prescribed treatment.

I really liked the doctor — she explained everything, put in the drops herself to check for an allergy, and prescribed treatment. I was very pleased. Later the treatment helped, everything went exactly as the doctor had said.

I came to see Bakhyt Batyrkhanovna with advanced conjunctivitis, because before that I had been treated unsuccessfully several times in other clinics. The appointment was with Bakhyt Batyrkhanovna, and I liked everything very much. My child is 9 months old, and she doesn't let anyone touch her face at all, but here the doctor quickly and confidently administered all the drops — it took literally two seconds. Everything was explained clearly, competently and understandably.

I came for an appointment with the ophthalmologist Bakyt Batyrkhanovna. She listened to me attentively, examined me and carried out all the necessary procedures. She checked my eyesight and wrote out a new prescription for glasses.

Bakhyt Batyrkhanovna is a doctor from God, there are few such specialists nowadays. I am glad that I came to her. She is smart and responsive, from the very beginning she listened to me attentively. It was a pleasure to listen to her. Usually you have to drag information out of doctors almost with pincers, but here it was the opposite: Bakhyt Batyrkhanovna explained and showed everything clearly. She calmed me down. I really liked the appointment. She is experienced, a professional in her field. She cured my inflamed eye. The appointment was with Bakyt Batyrkhanovna, and she is a doctor of the old Soviet school. Throughout the appointment, I was told all the time what was happening, and every action was commented on. The selection of glasses took a very long time, but we patiently and persistently, step by step, moved towards the desired result.

We — because here personal contact between the patient and the doctor is important, since the doctor cannot look through my eyes. And Bakyt Batyrkhanovna finds it perfectly: she calmly, patiently and knowledgeably answers any questions — both about medicine and about optics, and about what is happening with the eyesight. Therefore, the appointment is useful not only for health, but also for general development. I definitely recommend visiting.

The doctor is immediately attuned to working with children: she addresses the child, entertains and distracts him, and wins his trust. My daughter agreed to all the procedures without fear. I came for an appointment with complaints that one eye periodically turns red, and both feel dry and strained. Bakhyt Batyrkhanovna noticed that I produce no tears at all, and checked my tear ducts — they turned out to be blocked in both eyes. She cleaned these ducts right away.

The doctor is a great professional in her field, with extensive experience behind her, and she proves this in practice. During the cleaning of the ducts it was not painful or frightening at all, because the doctor's professionalism was evident. After the cleaning, the dry eye syndrome went away, moisturising drops were no longer needed that same day. My eyes felt better.
