I turned to Banum, and before that I often had a dissociative state, my perception was much more distorted than now.

Banum helped me feel better and more aware — through her professionalism, calmness and comfort. Right now I am writing this in a state of 'enlightenment', having come even further out of dissociation. I am grateful.

For some time something was troubling me from within, I was searching for inner harmony. I had breakdowns, I took things out on my loved ones, everything around seemed like sheer negativity, and it seemed to me that the whole world was against me. It could not go on like that any longer. I accidentally learned about Banum, and already after the first session my life began to sparkle with completely different colours!

My life used to be a real nightmare: I was constantly in a state of apathy and depression, hated everything around me, and didn't even want to live. But the specialist opened my eyes by saying that the world is beautiful — and it truly is. Thanks to the advice, support and understanding, I am slowly beginning to love myself and those around me. When I feel bad and dark thoughts come, I always run here, because here you are never judged, you are always helped and supported with warmth. After the sessions my soul feels calm and warm. I just want to say thank you for the help that I so needed and sometimes still need — here they will always help and be by your side even at two o'clock in the morning.

I had an appointment with the psychologist Banum. Before this meeting I had spoken with some psychologists and had already begun to lose faith in psychology. But in working with Banum I understood why. She does not have a classical institutional education, but amazing combinations with all modern trends in psychology. Both individual sessions and group work helped me a lot. There was also work with my daughter, and I see the results.

My husband and I decided to go to a psychologist for professional help for the first time, because we could no longer cope with the situation on our own, we did not understand what was wrong and how to go on. We had love and tender feelings, but not everything was going smoothly. When we turned for help, it was a bit unusual to tell everything and complain about each other to a stranger.

After completing the first task, some time later we understood everything, remembered how we met and fell in love, and somehow everything sorted itself out — we simply stopped proving something to each other, hurting each other, and so on. Thanks to Banum I have become more open, learned to hear my needs, and understand myself and those around me better. My relationship with my parents is gradually improving, and I am building personal boundaries. Therapy definitely had a good effect on me, I saw life from a different side, although before I had not even thought about some things.
