I was referred by another gynaecologist, and I came to this doctor for a hysteroscopy under general anaesthetic. Later I also came for a consultation.
I liked the doctor. Everything went perfectly, I recovered very quickly. At the consultation she explained everything clearly regarding further treatment.

Nursulu apai is a very qualified specialist, she does her work at a high level. Her manner with patients is polite, she has a light touch. She performed the surgery very well. I am very glad that I came to her. I thank Nursulu apai. I recommend going to her.

I made an appointment with Kuzenbayeva N.N. because this specialist is listed as a gynaecologist-endocrinologist, and I needed a comprehensive approach: to correct my thyroid gland based on TSH and to address imbalances in sex hormones — oestradiol and progesterone — while breastfeeding.
At the appointment I was examined, tests were taken and a couple of medications were prescribed.
The main disappointment: the doctor did not treat low oestradiol and progesterone, saying that this was the endocrinologist's domain. Because of this, my choice of a dual-specialty specialist lost its point. I specifically looked for a doctor who would immediately assess the endocrine picture and select a safe treatment compatible with breastfeeding. In the end it turned out to be a vicious circle: the gynaecologist refers you to the endocrinologist, and the endocrinologist — back to the gynaecologist. I did not achieve the goals of the visit — to receive a single, coordinated treatment for the entire hormonal system. I believe that if a doctor calls themselves a "gynaecologist-endocrinologist", they should advise on both systems or warn in advance that they do not manage patients with certain characteristics, for example during lactation. My time and money were wasted on finding a solution for the sex hormones.
I came for an appointment, and the doctor sent me to have a bunch of ultrasounds, and then told me to come back to her again. I came, she looked at the results with such a look, and that was the end of it.
I didn't like the doctor. She told me to go to another doctor so that he would look and say, and then be sure to come back to her — as if she would then see what he told me. I didn't hear a single useful word, you're just throwing money away.

I came to Kuzenbayeva Nursulu after I had been to 3 gynaecologists, and I was worried before the appointment.
The gynaecologist turned out to be a very polite and pleasant woman, she calmed me down and answered all my questions. Rating 10/10, I advise going straight to her: she will listen to everything and help sort out the problem.

We booked through a promotion specifically with Kuzembayeva, but at reception they said she wasn't there and redirected us to Pulatova without warning us, they just named room 301. The payment was full — 7 thousand. The appointment lasted within 20 minutes.

At first I wrote to the Emirmed support group and couldn't find anything out with reception, it seems to me they have an answering machine, I can send a screenshot of the dialogue. It would be good if they took their work more responsibly. The rating of reception is 2, that is, I don't recommend it.
