I had surgery with a gynaecologist, and the appointment took place in a clinic where there is always a huge queue at the reception.

The doctor is a competent specialist, cares for patients, is friendly and pleasant to talk to, it was comfortable with her. She performed the operation very carefully and painlessly, for which I thank her very much.
Disliked
The organisation at the clinic is poor: there is a giant queue at the reception, people constantly argue over their place in it. They could have made numbered tickets and a display board.

I came to Nursulu Kurmantayevna, she greeted me warmly and answered all my questions. She carried out the tests and ultrasound quickly without a queue. I had an artificial termination of pregnancy by vacuum aspiration.

The money spent was more than I thought: over 50 thousand for tests, I paid for the ultrasound twice, I had an ECG. Until noon I just went between 5 floors. The artificial termination of pregnancy cost around 170-180 thousand.

I came for an appointment with the doctor, and instead of a normal appointment they started lecturing me about what is haram and what is not. The doctor prescribed a load of tests that, it seems to me, were completely unnecessary. Also, during the appointment I was told: "let's hurry up, there are two more people after you". Did I come to a state polyclinic? I don't think I look like a tortoise. There was no change at the cash desk, and they didn't give it to me — even if it's just kopecks, it's still unpleasant.
